With the beginning of this second semester, we have decided to organize behavioral psychology training sessions for all our undergraduate and graduate students to better introduce them to the importance of psychological balance.
Several awareness-raising actions have been planned:
- Training workshops on stress and time management, where our students received tips and practical tools to better manage exam periods and to better understand these periods. These events, led by our communication expert, Mrs. Myriam Labidi, were followed by a workshop on the importance of teamwork as a strategy for academic success for our undergraduate students. The team-building challenge demonstrated the importance of games and collaborative work in addressing stress.
- Training workshops on mental health and emotion management for our master's students as a necessity to address the multiple challenges of academic, professional, and personal responsibilities. With the help of our expert, Dr. Hend Mahmoudi, a clinical psychologist, participants understood the role of subconscious programming in mental health and the wonderful role of self-hypnosis for better emotion management.
These captivating and instructive training sessions have found favorable feedback among our students because, as computer scientists, they were either unaware of or did not attach much importance to psychological concepts in their academic lives. And through these moments of sharing, all our participants were able to see how fundamental it is to master these psychosocial aspects for a better personal development strategy.
