In a soothing atmosphere, students and staff members had the opportunity to take part in a yoga and relaxation session, guided by an experienced instructor. 🧘♀️
This session provided a true moment of well-being, allowing participants to release stress, improve focus, and restore harmony between body and mind. Through breathing exercises, relaxing postures, and moments of meditation, everyone enjoyed a deep sense of relaxation and recentring.
